One of the most interesting things about living in Mexico has been the introduction to new food.
Most days I eat lunch at Tec's cafeteria. Living in Mexico has opened my eyes to a
whole new world of food. My favorite:
mole negro, a chocolate-chili sauce. What I hated:
chicharrón, i.e. fried skin of a pig. Gross! I've also tried cow-tongue and cow-brain tacos, they were okay. I really like eating tripe tacos; I'd never eaten tripe before.
